If told to take the deepest breath you can imagine, do your shoulders rise up? If so, please stop. Don't do it. You will invariably create all kinds of problems for yourself and go into a steep decline. It is vital to learn to breathe into the lower back, the sides of the ribs, and possibly fill the lungs a tad higher but by NO MEANS, (sorry, old people use caps) breathe into the clavicles.
